Whole Wheat Pancakes
3 to 4 People
Step 1.
Take a big or a medium-sized mixing bowl and one by one add the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and most importantly India Gate Whole Wheat Flour. The India Gate Whole Wheat Flour has high nutritional value and is of high quality.
Step 2.
Take another small or medium-sized mixing bowl, and add buttermilk, melted salted butter, and the egg.
Step 3.
After the completion of the first two steps add the dry ingredients mixture into the wet mixture in the large mixing bowl. If you see lumps of flour then don’t stop whisking. Continue whisking it until you see a smooth batter without the lumps.
Step 4.
Preheat the oven or a non-stick frying pan to 375 degrees F and grease or brush the surface with butter.
Step 5.
Take small scoops of the batter and put them on the heated and greased pan. Then flatten it with a spoon or spatula into a circle.
Step 6.
Continue cooking it until you see bubbles forming on the surface area of the flattened batter.
Step 7.
After some time, flip to the other side of the pancake and cook it for 2 minutes. Cook both sides until it turns golden brown.
Step 8.
Serve the Whole Wheat Pancake with butter, maple syrup, honey, and freshly cut fruits and berries like banana, blueberries and strawberries.
