The company first registered the brand name – India Gate on 26 December 1978, in Class 30 of Trade and Merchandise Marks Act – 1958 with Trade Mark Certificate Number – 344189, in respect to these wheat products – Atta, Maida, Rawa, Suji & Bran. Since then, the brand has ascended to constant growth and sustainability.
The company later renewed the same trademark on 03 November 1993 under the new law of Trade Marks Registry – Trade Marks Act 1999 with Trade Mark Certificate Number – 611074, in same Class 30. The registration is valid until 03 November 2023.
