  • ¾ cup of India Gate Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 large or 2 medium-sized ripe banana(s)
  • ¼ teaspoon of bicarb soda
  • 1 to 1½ tablespoon of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • Refined Oil for deep frying
  • Water (based on requirement)

Step 1.

First, take a banana, and then after peeling it, mash it in a thick paste. Then take a large mixing bowl and one by one start adding India Gate Whole Wheat Flour, sugar, bicarb soda, and ground cardamom.

Step 2.

Now in the mixture add water approximately one-fourth cup but make sure you do not add the whole water at once. At the water little by little in order to make the dough very sticky.

Step 3.

In the meantime when you are preparing this mixture heat up the oil for deep frying the balls in a frying pan on a medium-high flame

Step 4.

Once all the above-stated steps are completed, apply a little bit of oil to your palm. Take a small amount of the mixture and make a ball out of it. When the oil is prepared, slide the balls one by one into the hot oil.

Step 5.

When you are frying the balls make sure you turn them occasionally until the whole surface turns golden brown. This will give the whole wheat banana balls a fine texture.

Step 6.

Repeat the whole process of frying until the whole dough is used up.

Step 7

Put all the balls on tissue paper so that the excess oil can be absorbed.

Now you can enjoy these sweet and healthy snacks with your evening tea or coffee!
