Sooji Mango Cake

Sooji Mango Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup India Gate Sooji
5 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon milk
5 tablespoon pureed mango
2 pinches baking soda
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
For Garnishing
1 teaspoon chopped almonds
1 teaspoon chopped cashews
Directions
Combine suji, butter, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder in a mixing dish to make this simple dessert recipe. Combine everything thoroughly.
Now combine the mango puree and milk in a smooth batter. Allow for a 10- to the 15-minute rest period.
Pour the batter into a microwave-safe bowl that has been greased. Serve with nuts of your choice as a garnish.
