Begin by finely slicing the onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves, as well as grating the cheddar cheese for this snack meal.
Place these in a safe place. In a small mixing dish, combine semolina, finely diced onion, tomato, green chilies, cream, salt, and pepper. Set it aside for a while. While you're waiting, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Using a bread slicer, cut the loaf into two pieces. Next, heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and coat it with oil. Spread a dollop of the semolina mixture equally on the toast.
Place this bread in the pan and cook until golden and crispy on both sides. Carry on with the same procedure with the remaining slices of bread. Once the bread pieces are done, place them on a non-greased baking pan and cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the tray until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown. Place the slices on a serving platter after removing them from the oven tray. Serve hot with a dip of your choice and garnished with chopped coriander leaves!
