¼ cup of ghee
1½ cups of semolina
½ cup of grated coconuts
1½ tablespoons of sugar
½ cup of water
¼ tablespoons of cardamom powder
2 tablespoons of grated cashews
Heat the ghee, cardamom powder and Semolina in a pan on low flame.
Add grated coconuts and roast for two minutes. Set the mixture aside.
In a different pan, mix sugar and water.
Stir boil until a syrupy consistency is reached.
Turn off the heat and add the semolina mixture.
Stir until the mixture is well combined with the syrup.
Top it off with grated cashews and let it cool for two minutes.
Prepare the laddoos.
Enjoy laddoos for a whole week if stored in cool, airtight containers.
