Rava Ladoos


  • ¼ cup of ghee
  • 1½ cups of semolina
  • ½ cup of grated coconuts
  • 1½ tablespoons of sugar
  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ tablespoons of cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cashews


  • Heat the ghee, cardamom powder and Semolina in a pan on low flame.
  • Add grated coconuts and roast for two minutes. Set the mixture aside.
  • In a different pan, mix sugar and water.
  • Stir boil until a syrupy consistency is reached.
  • Turn off the heat and add the semolina mixture.
  • Stir until the mixture is well combined with the syrup.
  • Top it off with grated cashews and let it cool for two minutes.
  • Prepare the laddoos.
  • Enjoy laddoos for a whole week if stored in cool, airtight containers.
