Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of ghee
  • 2 tablespoons of cashews
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins
  • 3 tablespoons of semolina
  • 2 cups of milk (full cream)
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¼ tablespoons of cardamom powder

Directions

  • Preheat the pan in ghee.
  • Add cashews and raisins, and roast until they are golden brown. Set it aside
  • In another pan on low flame, roast the rava with ghee.
  • Add 2 cups milk and ¼ cup sugar to the heating mixture.
  • Stir well and boil for 3 minutes.
  • Add some cardamom powder, and the roasted cashews.
  • Tastes best when served hot!
