1 tablespoon of ghee
2 tablespoons of cashews
2 tablespoons of raisins
3 tablespoons of semolina
2 cups of milk (full cream)
¼ cup of sugar
¼ tablespoons of cardamom powder
Preheat the pan in ghee.
Add cashews and raisins, and roast until they are golden brown. Set it aside
In another pan on low flame, roast the rava with ghee.
Add 2 cups milk and ¼ cup sugar to the heating mixture.
Stir well and boil for 3 minutes.
Add some cardamom powder, and the roasted cashews.
Tastes best when served hot!
