2 cups of fine rava
½ cup of oil
½ cup of curd
1 cup of sugar
1¼ cups of milk
¼ tablespoons of salt
¼ tablespoons of baking powder
¼ tablespoons of baking soda
½ tablespoons of cardamom powder
¼ cups of milk
¼ cups of red tutti frutti
¼ cups of yellow tutti frutti
In a bowl, take oil, curd and sugar. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Add one cup of milk and mix.
Add powdered rava and salt.
Cover the bowl of mixed ingredients and rest it for 10 minutes.
Grease oil on a saucepan and put the baking paper.
Add baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder and ¼ cup of milk to the rava mixture.
Add tutti frutti toppings and mix well
Place the saucepan on a burner on a low flame.
Let it simmer for 45 minutes on medium heat.
Unmold and cut the rava cake to your choice.
Let it cool for 20 minutes and serve!
