Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fine rava
  • ½ cup of oil
  • ½ cup of curd
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1¼ cups of milk
  • ¼ tablespoons of salt
  • ¼ tablespoons of baking powder
  • ¼ tablespoons of baking soda
  • ½ tablespoons of cardamom powder
  • ¼ cups of milk
  • ¼ cups of red tutti frutti
  • ¼ cups of yellow tutti frutti

Directions

  • In a bowl, take oil, curd and sugar. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add one cup of milk and mix.
  • Add powdered rava and salt.
  • Cover the bowl of mixed ingredients and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Grease oil on a saucepan and put the baking paper.
  • Add baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder and ¼ cup of milk to the rava mixture.
  • Add tutti frutti toppings and mix well
  • Place the saucepan on a burner on a low flame.
  • Let it simmer for 45 minutes on medium heat.
  • Unmold and cut the rava cake to your choice.
  • Let it cool for 20 minutes and serve!
