  • 1 egg,
  • 1 cup fat free milk,
  • 3/4 cup flour,
  • 3/4 cup India Gate Wheat Bran,
  • 1 tsp baking powder.


  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg,
  • Mix in the milk.
  • Mix in the flour and baking powder thoroughly.
  • Mix in the wheat bran.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 1 scoop of the mixture should be poured into the pan and flattened with the back of the scoop.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Cook the opposite side by turning the pan over down.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
