Ingredients
1 egg,
1 cup fat free milk,
3/4 cup flour,
3/4 cup India Gate Wheat Bran,
1 tsp baking powder.
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg,
Mix in the milk.
Mix in the flour and baking powder thoroughly.
Mix in the wheat bran.
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
1 scoop of the mixture should be poured into the pan and flattened with the back of the scoop.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Cook the opposite side by turning the pan over down.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
