Ingredients
6 servings
1 1/2 cups India Gate Dalia
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Green chili (chopped)
to taste Salt
1/2 cup Coriander leaf (chopped)
1/2 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup+1/2 cup Cornflour
1 tbsp Kasoori methi
1 tbsp Amchur powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
1/2 cup Oats for coating
1 tsp Paprika powder
As needed Oil for frying
Directions
In a mixing dish, combine the leftover Dalia upma, onion, and chilies, then add the remaining ingredients one by one to form a dough.
Make balls in the shape of lemons. Combine cornflower, paprika mix, and 1/2 cup water in a batter.
Take a second plate and spread the oats on it.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Then take Dalia upma balls and dip them in cornflour water before rolling them in the oats on the dish.
Then, on a low temperature, cook the balls until golden brown.
