Dalia should be washed and cooked in a pressure cooker. After two whistles, turn off the gas. It should be sieved and washed before being set away.
Bring all of the soaked corn, chopped vegetables and peas to a boil. Put aside.
Heat the oil in the pressure cooker again and sputter the rai and curry patta. For 1 minute, sauté the onion. Cook for another minute after adding the vegetables.
Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, and 1/2 cup water to the boiling dalia. Switch off the gas after two whistles and let the steam escape.....serve hot.
