Almond Wheat Flour Jam Cookies


  • India Gate Wheat flour-1 cup
  • Almond flour- ½ cup (toast almond for few minutes and blend in to a fine powder)
  • Butter- ½ cup
  • Brown sugar- ¼ cup
  • Milk-1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract-  ½ tsp
  • Jam- ¼ cup (any flavor)


  • In a mixing dish, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract thoroughly.
  • In a mixing dish, combine the flour and almond flour.
  • Gradually incorporate it into the butter mixture and crush well.
  • Mix in the milk until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
  • Refrigerate it for 30 minutes after covering it.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and butter and flour the baking tray.
  • Make a ball out of a tbsp of dough, carefully flatten it (to a thickness of one inch), and make a thumb impression in the centre.
  • Bake for 15 minutes after completing all of the cookies in this manner.
  • Melt the jam over a low flame (for a minute only)
  • Evenly apply it to each cookie's imprints.
